
Pad Thai & More is a young F&B brand bringing authentic Thai flavors to the Netherlands.
When founder Sirikul Somruang (Ploy) approached Inch, she had a strong product and a loyal local following, but needed a brand, website, and physical presence that could communicate her story, elevate the experience, and support future growth.
We began by understanding the emotional drivers behind choosing where to eat: trust, warmth, authenticity, and the personal connection customers feel when they know the person behind the food.
These insights guided a full brand refresh, combining a vibrant visual identity, photography direction, packaging cues, and the design and development of the Pad Thai & More market tent, created with a distinctly Asian silhouette. Its pointed roof and temple-inspired geometry make it instantly recognizable and rooted in Thai culture, along with a clean, modern website built to showcase Ploy as the heart of the brand.
The result is a brand that feels fresh, confident, and unmistakably Thai, one that builds trust at first glance and helps Pad Thai & More stand out in a crowded food market.
